What do i receive on completion?
When your project is completed you will receive all project files including database if using a content management system. We can help you upload or install files if needed.
Payment methods, Payment Process & Refunds
We accept all major credit cards via PayPal, payment is 50% up front and 50% on completion. We will refund moneys before the commencement of the project.
What browsers do you test in?
We will develop for the following browsers: Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Opera and IE7/8. We do not support IE6 but we can develop for it at extra cost should you need it.
Will your name appear anywhere on our site?
Our branding will not appear anywhere on your site or in the source code. We pride ourselves on our anonimity when dealing with clients.
Will my site appear in your portfolio?
Your website will not appear in our projects page unless you specifically allow us to place it there. We ask all clients at the completion of the project but its up to you whether we can or not.

What files do you need to get started on my project?
We require both a layered PSD or PNG and a flat 100% JPG of the design so that we can assure our pixel perfect standards.
Will my site validate?
We try to achieve 100% validation on all sites, some CMS' might break validation with features and such but we can discuss this to ensure your site validates to both XHTML and CSS standards.
Can you turn an existing html site into a CMS theme?
Yes we can. The same price applies and we will require the layered PSD if you have it. We do not however do content entry.
Will you keep a backup of my project?
Yes we will keep a backup of your project for at least 3 months after your project is completed but we also recommend that you keep a backup copy on your end too.
